Shipping & Delivery

Most of the items are shipped in all countries of the European Union with the following exceptions:

  1. Bang & Olufsen items are delivered only to Cyprus.
  2. Cytech items are delivered only to Cyprus and Greece.

For deliveries outside the European Union please contact us.

Shipping Methods:

  • International Shipments: all international orders are shipped via the Cyprus Post EMS Datapost Service, with tracking number. 
  • Local Shipments: all orders for local delivery in Cyprus are shipped via GAP Akis Express or ACS Courier.

Shipping / Delivery Costs:

The shipping / delivery cost is calculated automatically when you enter the delivery address during the checkout. In case of an error we will contact you by email to provide the details. In case of such an error you will have the option to cancel your order.

Process / Dispatch Time:

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 3 working days for all items in stock. 

Not in stock – Available on backorder Items:

You can order not in stock – available on backorder items. Usually, backordered items are usually shipped within 3 weeks. In case of longer times the customer will be contacted. 

Orders containing both backordered and in stock items are fully dispatched when all items are becoming available. If the foreseen delay is more than 15 working days, then we will partially ship the order with the items in stock and dispatch the backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. 

Indicated Delivery Times:

Cyprus: Usually 1 to 2 workings days. You are also offered the option during checkout to select local pickup from our store in Nicosia. In this case we will contact you as soon as you order is ready for pickup.

European Union: Usually 5 to 10 working days. 

Outside the European Union:  Usually 7 to 25 working days. 

Sometimes customs inspections, weather conditions and other factors can cause delays. We cannot guarantee the delivery times indicated above nor the exact delivery date.
